Meet Our New Executive Director!

Join us in welcoming Katherine ‘Katie’ Miller as SMART’s new Executive Director!

Katie graduated from Northwest College in 2019 with Art and Graphic Design degrees, and transitioned into working for local government in rural Central Montana. It was there she developed a passion for undertaking projects to enhance small communities and administration. She has served as President of a non-profit board, procured and managed grants through her role in government, and has worked as an accountant for the past year. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. “You wear many hats in a small community, at the end of the day, when there is a need to be met you have to roll up your sleeves and get to work.”
