Baker's 33x33 Governor's Local Food Pre-Summit
Importing 97% of our food is unsustainable and sends $5 billion in food dollars out of state each year. The 33x33 for Montana Initiative aims to increase the percentage of Montana food purchased by Montanans from 3% to 33% by 2033, strengthening Montana’s supply chain, economy, and public health.

USPSA Greater Yellowstone Section Match
The Fallon County Shooting Range will host the 2026 USPSA Greater Yellowstone Sectional Championship. This sanctioned competitive shooting event brings participants to Baker to compete in a high-level match featuring multiple stages of fire.
Date: September 11 – September 12, 2026
Host Club: Fallon County Shooting Range
Match Entry Fee: $110.00
The championship consists of seven stages with a total round count of 190. This match offers competitive shooters the opportunity to test their skills in a professional sectional environment.

Baker Drag Main Cruise to North Dakota
Join fellow driving enthusiasts for a regional cruise through Montana and North Dakota. This event offers a scenic drive with stops for lunch and a visit to a local automotive museum.

Departure Time: 11:00 AM
The group will depart Baker and travel to Bowman, North Dakota, for lunch at the Lucky Goose. Following lunch, the cruise will continue to Marmarth for a visit to VanHorns Western & Antique Auto Museum.
Admission to the museum is 20 dollars per person, while children under 12 years of age may enter for free.
Race Night
Experience the heart of our community at Race Night, hosted by Thee Garage and Steakhouse. It’s an evening of high energy, friendly competition, and great food.
6:00 PM: Doors open for a delicious roast beef dinner.
7:00 PM: The games begin!
Come for the bets, stay for the fun, and feel good knowing your night out supports the Baker Fireworks Show.
Ben Larson "Off the Beaten Path: The Lost History of Montana"
Explore the strange and lost tales of Montana with Ben Larson, a Philipsburg-based musician, poet, and historian. This all-ages presentation blends song, poetry, and storytelling to share unique historical accounts from across the state.
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Admission: Free-will offering
Audience: All ages
Ben Larson and sound effect specialist Pfahl bring Montana’s history, geography, and culture to life through a two-hour performance. The show features stories such as the Miles City Ice Jam Bombing and Montana’s first recorded UFO sighting, alongside original songs and poems like “Escape From Warm Springs” and “The Town That Didn’t Die.” The presentation also includes contributions from legendary Montana artists such as Wallace McRae and Wylie Gustafson.
Light refreshments will be served during the event. All proceeds from the free-will offering benefit the O’Fallon Historical Museum and its efforts to preserve local history.
